About Gmail RADAR

Gmail RADAR is a free bulk Gmail checker that verifies whether Gmail accounts are valid, active, disabled, or no longer exist — processing thousands of addresses in seconds without sending a single real email.

What Gmail RADAR does

Email marketing, lead generation, and CRM hygiene all suffer when your list is full of invalid Gmail addresses. Bounces hurt sender reputation, waste sending quota, and trigger spam filters. Gmail RADAR exists to give you a fast, accurate way to clean Gmail addresses in bulk before they touch your campaigns.

Paste a list or upload a TXT, CSV, XLS, or XLSX file. The bulk Gmail checker queries Gmail's authentication endpoints in parallel and returns the status of every account — Good, Disabled, or Unknown — in seconds.

How the Gmail checker works

  1. Input. Paste Gmail addresses into the input box or upload a TXT, CSV, XLS, or XLSX file.
  2. Verification. Gmail RADAR queries Gmail's authentication system for each address in parallel. No email is sent to any of the accounts being checked.
  3. Classification. Each result is categorized as Good (active and reachable), Disabled (suspended or removed), or Unknown (ambiguous response).
  4. Export. Copy the Good / Disabled / Unknown lists separately, or download the full report as TXT or Excel.

Why use a bulk Gmail checker?

Better deliverability
Removing dead Gmail accounts lowers your bounce rate and protects your sender reputation with mailbox providers.
Lower cost per send
ESPs charge per recipient. A pre-validated Gmail list cuts wasted sends on accounts that no longer exist.
Cleaner data
Use Gmail RADAR to keep your CRM and outreach databases free of expired Gmail addresses.
No spam to recipients
The Gmail validator never sends a real email — the owner of the account is never notified of the check.
